Australians in Bomber Command 1939-45 – honouring the Royal Australian Air Force personnel who served in Bomber Command in the Second World War, and featuring G for George, the Lancaster Bomber.

The Bomber Command memorial commemorates the service and sacrifice of the RAAF air and ground crew who served and died with Bomber Command during the Second World War.

The Royal Air Force Bomber Command Memorial was built to mark the sacrifice of 55,573 aircrew from Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Czechoslovakia and other allied countries, as well as civilians of all nations killed during raids.

Queen Elizabeth II unveiled the memorial on 28 June 2012, in the year of her Diamond Jubilee.

The International Bomber Command Centre (IBCC) is a world-class facility to serve as a point for recognition, remembrance and reconciliation for Bomber Command. Providing the most comprehensive record of the Command in the world, the IBCC ensures that generations to come can learn of their vital role in protecting the freedom we enjoy today.

The museum has built Bomber Command Corner, which contains a replica of Don Bennett's office, memorabilia and dioramas depicting activities on a Bomber Command Station.

Home of Avro Lancaster FM159, the Bomber Command Museum of Canada built a memorial during the summer of 2005 and dedicated it on 20 August 2005. The memorial is made of five panels of black granite. It includes a list of names of every Canadian who was killed while serving with Bomber Command. This list contains 10,643 names.
